At the shelter, Edgar was described as a skinny, old, mangy dog whose owner didn’t want to deal with his high energy level anymore. Edgar was confused, anxious and lonely, and a physical mess. ThumpingTails took him to the vet and got him the medical care he’d been lacking and found him a home where he is adored.
