At the shelter, Edgar was described as a skinny, old, mangy dog whose owner didn’t want to deal with his high energy level anymore.  Edgar was confused, anxious and lonely, and a physical mess.  ThumpingTails took him to the vet and got him the medical care he’d been lacking and found him a home where he is adored.  For anyone who wonders how we keep going in rescue when there is so much sadness and frustration, we hope Edgar’s pictures will give you hope and strength to keep helping the animals who need us.
