Georgia was found running down the street with a heavy chain and padlock dragging from her neck.  She was afraid of people but some kind volunteers gently offered her food until she trusted them.  Then she showed herself to be extremely loving.  While she can be a little shy at first, she is an active, playful, happy girl.  Because she can be overwhelmed by commotion, we would like to see her in a calm home with no young children.
