Penny is a wonderful dog who was found all alone downtown late one night.  She followed one of our volunteers home and never looked back.  Penny is an outgoing, friendly, extremely affectionate dog who is smart and loves to learn new tricks.  She knows all her commands and loves to be inside with her family, not confined outside.
